The room is equipped with double bed (or twin beds), coffee table, sitting area, a flat screen TV with international channels and a spacious wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a bathtub or shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
There is also a fully equipped common kitchen which can be used by all guests.

Car parking is available at our garage for extra charge of 10€/night. If you wish to reserve a parking place, please let us know when making a booking. Please note, that 10€ security deposit is required for the proximity card for the parking place. With this card you can drive in/out as many times as you want. The deposit will be returned in exchange of the parking card.

All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited and results 200€ penalty.

We reserve the right to ask an amount of 50€/person as a security deposit what is refundable upon check out if the houserules were kept and after an inspection of the room is completed. Please note, that having loud parties or any activities that may bother other guests are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.

Please be informed that the air-conditioning cooling system is only available from 1 June to 31 October.
