In the heart of Budapest we offer spacious, beautiful, newly built 3 bedroom apartments perfect for families.
Walking distance to the fantastic cafes, pubs and restaurants that Budapest has to offer.
The apartment is arranged over two floors:
The ground floor comprising of a living room (modern flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas), directly connected to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc) with a large dining table and the windows flooding the room with natural light. On this floor there is also one bedroom and a restroom with toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
The second floor offers two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a galleried living area which is bathed in natural light from the large windows.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and results EUR 200.00 penalty.
If you wish to reserve a parking place, we will book it for you for 10€/night. Please note, that EUR 10.00 security deposit is required for the proximity card for the parking place. With this card you can drive in/out as many times as you want. The deposit will be returned in exchange of the parking card.
We reserve the right to ask an amount of EUR 40.00 /person as a security deposit what is refundable upon check out if the houserules were kept and after an inspection of the room is completed. Please note, that having loud parties or any activities that may bother other guests are strictly prohibited.
Please be informed that the air-conditioner cooling system is only available between 1 June and 31 October.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Please note that due to the variety of our apartments there could be minor differences in furnishing, size or layout.
Wireless internet connection is available in the apartments!
Late arrival time is not a problem; just inform us about it.
Cash and credit card payment is accepted.
